Southend Drama Society presents Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles.
When Sir Charles Baskerville is found dead on the wild Devonshire moorland with the footprints of a giant hound nearby, the blame is placed on a family curse. It is up to Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson to solve the mystery of the legend of the Hound of Hell before Sir Charles’ heir comes to an equally gruesome end.
Southend Drama Society perform a spirited and spooky adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s most chilling Sherlock Holmes’ adventure, which first gripped the public’s attention in 1901. This period romp will have audiences on the edge of their seats, or even falling off them with laughter!
