1. In joining Southend Drama Society, all members give their permission for their likeness to be used for publicity materials including (but not limited to) the Society website, promotional programmes, newsletters and posters. 2. No material shall be published on the website that could be considered unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, racial, obscene, hateful, or pornographic. 3. Any requests for the removal of website material must be made in writing to the Secretary of the Management Committee. 4. Members who own their own websites may request that a link to their site be made under the Links page of the Society website. 5.
